Our client is looking for a Director of Technology Integration in Seattle to own their entire West Coast practice. They are 100% employee owned. You don’t have to wait to a certain level, take out a loan or buy into it. Equity is yours the day you join! While this is a brand new position in Seattle for the West Coast, Our client has a very strong Technology Integration practice throughout the firm. The majority of it being in Chicago. So you will be able to leverage and partner with the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, ambitious, to build a team, have the influence and latitude to do so however with a solid backing from a reputable company and team.

Your time will be focused on client delivery, practice development as well as growing the business. You will be a critical part of the National practice, strategizing on service offerings and solutions. There are 4 areas to the practice; Platforms, Mobile Development, Integration using the latest technologies and Custom Applications.

Being a partner to the local community and professional networks will be a key factor in your success. You will have a huge impact on the market. This is your opportunity to own & drive a practice. You will have the breadth and depth of technology architecture design and delivery expertise in custom application development, system integration and technology platforms. You will lead programs in mobility, analytics and cloud capabilities. You will pair technology skills with essential business acumen and industry expertise to solve problems, accelerate progress, and deliver solutions that will make your client’s business more effective. You don’t just implement systems and applications. You deliver value and competitive advantage through technology. You will help your clients have the right technology in place to meet their business objectives. You will apply an uncommon blend of business experience and deep technology skills to define the information necessary for effective front-line interactions and then determine how to find, move, secure and deliver that information. You will enable your client’s business by building effective, cross-platform such as iOS, Android, and Microsoft, to connect and integrate all the systems, devices and data involved.

You will have identified and closed new business that involves Applications including Mobile and Custom Development. You have led successful application projects that have solved critical issues for your clients. You have a great network. You’re active in the technology application associations. You are well-respected by your peers as well as your team. You have led some exciting cutting-edge enterprise architecture and custom development projects in various industries.

How will you get there?


30 days:

Get to know the other Service and Industry line leaders not only on the West Coast but throughout the entire company
Spend time in Chicago, meeting the leadership team & getting to know best practices
Join the National Technology Integration practice
You will be working on proposals
Get to know the strengths to identify areas to grow the practice

90 days:

Create the vision for the practice
Engaging customers in your practice
You understand the success factors of the organization
Know your measurable objectives and work toward them
Know your clients and their environments
You have had client development meetings
You’re involved with community events or charities

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Advance degree preferred
  • Professional Services or Management Consulting industry experience
  • 15 + years of growing and managing an Applications practice
  • Successfully led Custom Development, Mobile, and various Platform projects
  • Proven business developers with extensive track record of prospecting new clients and maintaining existing relationships in the Northwest market
  • Successfully build a well-performing team; great ability to mentor
  • Superior full end-to-end project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
