Ecommerce Manager, Seattle - FILLED

Are you looking for an opportunity to really propel your career and take it to the next level, while working with a fun, dynamic, and growing company? Are you a born leader with strong worth ethics? Do you love technology with the opportunity to build from a blank slate? If so, read on.

Our client is looking for a not-your-typical Ecommerce Manager for their corporate headquarters in Seattle. This is a new position based on the growth goals of the company. You will own 6 of their online websites. They have 3 distinct products; Shade, Shelter, and Display. Each product has 2 separate sites. One for B2B, the other for B2C. One site is up and running. The others are bare bones, so you will have the opportunity to create, build and make your mark on these thriving businesses.

This is a critical position within the company. You will manage a team of 4 people. You will be managing multiple sites with a wide variety, therefore never get bored. You have the ability to go deep when needed as well as be strategic. You will help the company move into the digital age. You are working on tangible goods vs. being a reseller. It’s cool to see something so unique and successful built right in front of you. You will have the authority to make the appropriate decisions as it relates to these sites. You will eventually own the ERP software, all of the Cap X and IT budget. You will be on the path to potentially being the CTO of the company. This isn’t a startup. Rainier Industries is one of the oldest-founded Seattle companies.

Fast forward a year, what will you be doing?

You have all 6 sites up & running successfully. You are proud of these sites. Because of this, you have contributed to the revenue growth of the company. You are part of the Executive Team, planning the next 10 years of the direction of the company. You are implementing vs. just ideas. You are creating, challenging & driving the vision of the company. You are respected leader in the organization, owning the technology vision of the company. You are a pleasure to work with. You are making a difference.
